Today is Lyle's and my 4 year wedding anniversary. He is the most amazing husband and I am so thrilled that I get to be his wife. In addition to our anniversary, today is my last day at my library job. I will be starting a new job next week as the Marketing Specialist for an Information Security company and I couldn't be more excited. Leaving the people at the library will be sad, but I am ready for a challenge and to gain more experience in the marketing field. It will be an opportunity for me to use my degree and to start building my future marketing career. Wish me luck! I am a bit terrified.
It has been so chilly the last few days! Summer is definitely over here. I will miss it. It was so beautiful in the Seattle area and we love living here. We went to the beach, played in the sun, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Last week, we were in Minnesota visiting Vandy, Tyrel, their kids and Lyle's mom and dad. The last time we saw any of them was at least a year ago. I can't believe it has been that long! We didn't do much, mostly just relaxed and played with my niece and nephew. We did go to the Mall of America and to zoo/conservatory there. Don't worry, I will include some pictures for your enjoyment. I am not a great photographer, but Vandy and Tyrel modeled for me anyway. We sure miss you guys, already!
Well, October is just around the corner and hopefully some fun and exciting changes are too! Happy Fall!
